- Chest: Measure across the fullest part of the chest (under the arms).
- Shoulder: Measure from one shoulder seam to the other.
- Sleeve Length: Start from the shoulder seam down to the cuff.
- Shirt Length: Measure from the highest shoulder point to the hem.
- Collar: Wrap the tape around your neck, just above the collarbone.
